The Orchard Alliance @ SUMC is a community partnership between members of Shelton United Methodist Church and other individuals in our community who care about making a positive impact in the face of climate change. We hope to serve as an entry point for people who want to learn about healing and sustaining the earth and our community.

We invite you to join us to:

• Visit the orchard and get ideas about what you could do in your yard, community patch, or business property.

• Help tend this "model" orchard for community use and learning.

• Share skills and knowledge about permaculture, edible landscapes, supporting pollinators like bees and butterflies, and more!

• Be part of this beautiful mess of new connections, community development, remembering how to feed ourselves and our neighbors, and planting hope for the future.
